About the Role:</b>

As a Performance Marketing / SEO / PPC Trainer at Mumbai, you will play a pivotal role in delivering academic excellence, mentoring students, and ensuring career readiness for IIDE’s flagship 11 -month Postgraduate Program in Digital Marketing.
</p>

This role involves classroom training, student coaching, and performance tracking while ensuring strong placement outcomes and student success. You will drive learning outcomes, enhance student engagement, and work with cross -functional teams to uphold high academic and career standards across postgraduate programs.
</p>

What You’ll Do:</b>

</p>

● Performance Marketing Training:</b>
</div>
○ Deliver in -depth, practical training sessions on Google Ads, Social Media Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, Website Design & Development (WordPress -focused), E -commerce (Amazon, Shopify, WooCommerce), and Media Planning.
</div>
○ Ensure hands -on exposure to dashboards, tools, and real -world scenarios.
</div>
○ Adapt teaching methods to suit varying learning levels and batch dynamics.
</div>

● Student Coaching & Career Readiness:</b>
</div>
○ Coach students on placement preparation, career strategy, resume building, portfolio development, and mock interviews.
</div>
○ Provide structured interview feedback and mentorship to build confidence.
</div>
○ Support students in overcoming placement anxiety and performance challenges.
</div>

● Student Progress Monitoring:</b>
</div>
○ Track and analyse attendance, assignment submissions, internship progress, and placement outcomes.
</div>
○ Provide timely interventions to improve engagement, retention, and performance.
</div>
○ Leverage feedback, CSAT, and NPS data to enhance the student experience.
</div>

● Assessment & Academic Quality:</b>
</div>
○ Design and evaluate MCQs, pre -tests, post -tests, and practical assessments, especially for performance marketing modules.
</div>
○ Maintain accurate records of classroom sessions, learning resources, and student performance insights.
</div>

</p>

● Events, Industry & Batch Engagement:</b>
</div>
○ Participate in orientations, mock interviews, project presentations, industry masterclasses, and super sessions.
</div>
○ Support planning and execution of student events and experiential learning initiatives.
</div>
○ Engage with industry professionals and contribute to jury panels and mentoring sessions as required.
</div>

● Collaboration & Operations:</b>
</div>
○ Work closely with program managers for scheduling, the academic team for curriculum alignment, placement and outreach teams for career outcomes, and tech teams for reports, CRM, automation, and dashboards.

○ Use operational tools and ticketing systems to ensure effective issue resolution and workflow management.
</div>

● Additional Duties:</b>

○ Ensure high standards of student engagement and learning outcomes across batches.
</div>
○ Contribute to continuous improvement of training methodologies and curriculum delivery.
</div>
○ Perform any other reasonable duties as requested by management, aligned with the broad scope of the position.

○ 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing training, coaching, or teaching.
</div>
○ Strong command of performance marketing metrics, tools, and platforms.
</div>
○ Excellent communication skills with confidence in classroom and group delivery.

○ Strong analytical and problem -solving mindset.
</div>
○ Empathy, patience, and the ability to manage diverse student profiles.
</div>
○ Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for teaching and digital marketing, with a specific interest in performance marketing.

○ Passion for teaching and building student careers.
