We’re seeking a technically strong Web Developer with Digital/Technical Project Manager experience who can both lead and execute. This is not a traditional PM role—you’ll be expected to actively contribute to development work while managing web and mobile initiatives.

You’ll serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, but your technical background will allow you to step in, troubleshoot, and move projects forward without relying solely on external developers.

What You’ll OwnHands-On Technical Contribution (Core Focus)

• Perform front-end updates, CMS configurations, and minor feature enhancements
• Troubleshoot and resolve website and app issues independently
• Support bug fixes, QA corrections, and UI improvements
• Partner with developers on implementation and accelerate timelines when needed
• Maintain working knowledge of codebase, architecture, and integrations

Technical Project Leadership

• Translate business requirements into clear technical specs, user stories, and dev-ready tasks
• Manage execution of web and mobile development projects from kickoff to launch
• Work directly with external development teams and hold them accountable to timelines and quality
• Lead Agile workflows including sprint planning, backlog management, and standups
• Identify blockers early and proactively solve them

Quality & Platform Performance

• Own QA processes and ensure releases meet technical and UX standards
• Manage bug tracking, enhancements, and continuous improvements
• Ensure consistency across CMS, websites, and mobile applications

Cloud & DevOps Exposure (Strong Plus)

• Support Azure infrastructure and deployments
• Contribute to CI/CD pipeline improvements in Azure DevOps
• Help maintain secure, scalable environments

What You Bring (Technical-First Profile)

• 7+ years in web/app development, technical project management, or hybrid roles
• Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal, etc.)
• Strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript (you can jump into code when needed)
• Experience troubleshooting and debugging web issues independently
• Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and front-end/back-end workflows
• Experience working with external dev teams or agencies
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments

Tools & Tech

• CMS Platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Drupal)
• Project tools (Wrike or similar)
• Azure / Azure DevOps (preferred)
• QA and debugging tools
