About the Role
Product First, Growth Second
Sitting directly within the Marketing team, you will bridge the gap between our massive audience and our revenue generating products.
Your job is simple but highly strategic. Listen to our audience, spot the gaps in our current lineup, and figure out exactly what products we need to create to fill those gaps. Once you decide what we are building, whether we create it internally or source it through a high quality white label provider, you will oversee the entire launch campaign and build the always on marketing funnels that keep it growing.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage the Core Portfolio: You will be the primary growth architect for our three main brands. You will own the sales messaging, funnels, and continuous growth loops for Calebhammer.com, Master Your Money, and Dollarwise.
- Find the Gaps: Act as the voice of our audience. Deeply understand the pain points of our viewers and users. What financial problems are they struggling with that we are not solving yet across our current platforms?
- Product Ideation and Sourcing: Come up with the actual product ideas to fill those gaps. You will decide the fastest and most effective way to bring them to market, whether that means building them internally or finding white label partners.
- Go To Market Strategy: Oversee the entire launch lifecycle. Because you sit in Marketing, you are fully responsible for the positioning, messaging, and campaigns that introduce these new products to the world.
- Growth and Cross Selling: Run targeted growth campaigns across all existing and new products. Build bundle offers and cross sell flows between Calebhammer.com traffic, Master Your Money students, and Dollarwise users to turn a one time viewer into a lifelong customer.
- Full Funnel Ownership: Build and track the funnels, dashboards, and metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates). Own the trial to paid conversions for Dollarwise and the sales funnels for the entire Master Your Money course suite.
- Collaborate on Creative: Work directly with our internal Creative Strategist and Designer. You brief them on the hooks and UI/UX needs, and they build the high converting assets for your campaigns.
Requirements
- You Bring Receipts (Crucial): You must be able to provide solid and specific examples of products you have personally conceptualized, created or sourced, and successfully launched.
- Experience: 5+ years in Product Marketing or Product Strategy. You know how to operate in the SaaS, Fintech, or digital creator spaces.
- Sales and Conversion Obsessed: You know exactly why people buy things. You are analytical, comfortable in spreadsheets, and know your way around KPIs, attribution, and performance reporting.
- Startup Speed: We move fast. You thrive in an environment where we brainstorm today, document it, and ship it tomorrow.
- Creator Brained: You actually understand YouTube, social media, and how creator led brands operate. You know how to market financial tools without losing the trust of the audience or violating compliance.
- Tech Savvy: Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRM and automation platforms is a huge plus.
