Your Mission </span> </b> </span>

We’re looking for a strategic, hands -on Digital Marketing Manager ​ </b>  to join our internal marketing team and drive growth for our three in -house brands (PostcardMania, PCM Integrations and Rocket Print & Mail). This role is not client -facing—you’ll focus exclusively on building, optimizing, and scaling paid and organic search and paid social programs that support our company’s own marketing goals.

What You’ll Do </b>
</p>

  • Own and manage Search Engine Marketing across our three internal brands
    </li>
  • Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve rankings, traffic, and conversion rates
    </li>
  • Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms
    </li>
  • Manage and scale paid social advertising across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and others as needed
    </li>
  • Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, and ongoing performance optimization
    </li>
  • Collaborate with internal teams (content, design, web, analytics) to align messaging and landing pages
    </li>
  • Monitor budgets, bids, and pacing to maximize ROI
    </li>
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance using analytics tools and dashboards
    </li>
  • Stay current on platform updates, algorithm changes, and best practices
    </li></ul>

    • Experience marketing B2B services or SaaS
      </li>
    • Familiarity with conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page testing
      </li>
    • Agency or in -house marketing experience (or both)

        Requirements</h3>
        • 3+ years of experience in SEM, SEO, and paid media management
          </li>
        • Proven success managing PPC and paid social campaigns with measurable results
          </li>
        • Strong understanding of SEO best practices, technical SEO, and content optimization
          </li>
        • Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, and SEO platforms (SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar)
          </li>
        • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
          </li>
        • Comfortable managing multiple brands simultaneously
          </li>
        • Self -starter who thrives in a fast -paced marketing environment
