For our POTV ONE vaporizer we received 2,000 customer survey responses which helped us inform the problems that we needed to solve and 3,000 customer responses to help us name the product. Last year we successfully launched our POTV LOBO vaporizer, a top-tier product for half the price of comparable vaporizers in the market.
In order to achieve our goals, we are actively seeking a Senior SEO Specialist with extensive experience in driving sales through strategic SEO initiatives for our Shopify ecommerce platform. This role requires a deep understanding of technical SEO, a strategic mindset, and strong business acumen to enhance our online presence and drive meaningful sales conversions.
What you will do
- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy that aligns with our business goals and focuses on sales conversion.
- Conduct thorough SEO audits and analysis using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs to inform strategy.
- Optimize our Shopify site for search engines, focusing on technical elements, site speed, and mobile optimization.
- Lead content strategy, focusing on topic-driven approaches that resonate with our audience and drive sales.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SEO into broader business strategies.
- Regularly track and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, Shopify updates, and industry best practices.
What you have
- 5+ years of SEO experience, preferably in an ecommerce setting.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful SEO strategies that have increased sales.
- Strong technical SEO skills and familiarity with Shopify’s platform.
- Excellent analytical and strategic planning abilities.
- Effective communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and tie them back to business initiatives.

Competitive Compensation:
We recognize the value of top talent with top-of-the-market compensation. However, the real reward lies in being a key player in our purpose-driven journey, pushing boundaries, and achieving what others deem impossible.
Our salary range for this role extends up to $115,000 annually. However, total compensation is determined by various factors tailored to each candidate. These factors encompass job-related expertise, skill level, depth of experience, relevant certifications and/or degrees, and geographical work location, among others.
