Position Summary
elev8.io is changing the game for Behavioral Health companies, committed to helping our clients close the gap between the millions suffering from addiction or mental health problems.
We are growing rapidly and therefore seeking a highly organized and systematic SEO Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in the performance of our clients´ organic growth and bridging more people to life-saving services.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor keyword performance trends using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Google Search Console to assess visibility and identify opportunities for improvement
- Analyze organic traffic patterns and user engagement metrics (e.g., bounce rate, time on page, scroll depth) using GA4 to gauge content effectiveness
- Plan and organize content publishing schedules to align with SEO goals
- Analyze competitors’ keyword strategies, backlink profiles, content formats, and site structures to identify areas of differentiation and advantage
- Track Backlink Performance, Disavow Toxic Links, and Refine Strategies for Improved Domain Authority
Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience, with in-depth on-page optimization knowledge
- Expertise in technical SEO, content strategy, link-building, and local SEO
- Well-versed in SEO tools such as GA4, GSC, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and Yext
- Strong analytical mindset – ability to turn data into actionable insights.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency with medium-market clients.
