You’ll lead a small but experienced team of two SEO Specialists and a Digital PR Executive. In partnership with our SEO Content Manager, your focus will be on turning search intent into meaningful conversions.
What You’ll Be Doing

Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly SEO performance, quickly identifying wins, gaps, and fixes

Guide and mentor your SEO team to achieve commercial goals

Analyze search trends and keyword opportunities to attract high-converting users
-
Respond to algorithm updates with confidence, protecting rankings and capitalizing on opportunities
-
Identify and prioritize technical SEO issues (crawlability, indexation) in collaboration with developers
-
Improve Core Web Vitals and overall site performance
-
Audit and optimize pages for structure, user intent, and conversions
-
Collaborate with the SEO Content Manager to align on-page work with strategic goals
-
Oversee digital PR and link-building efforts to increase authority and trust
-
Monitor the link profile and pursue outreach that drives quality traffic
-
Provide SEO training and early-stage input to cross-functional teams
-
Make data-led decisions tied to lead generation and revenue growth
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience leading or mentoring an SEO team

Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and link-building
-
Proficient with GA4, Search Console, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio

Skilled at analyzing data and communicating actionable insights
-
Commercially-minded and solutions-oriented

Excellent communicator across technical and non-technical teams
-
Highly organized, dependable, and focused on results

Comfortable working independently or collaboratively

Positive attitude and thrives under pressure
