Who we are
Flow Agency is a remote-native B2B marketing agency. We are specialized in Search marketing for SaaS startups and B2B service providers. Our clients include Betterworks, Enboarder, Aroflo, Simpro or Quickbase. We have grown from SEO services and have expanded into performance marketing and paid media over the last 3 years.
Flow Agency founder Viola Eva is known from industry publication Search Engine Journal and public speaking at UnGagged, Pubcon, Search Marketing Summit Sydney, WordCamp, InOrbit, MBSummit, SEOkomm, Tech Open Air and Webinale.
We are a remote-native agency and our team members live in Germany, Slovenia, North Macedonia, Argentina, Canada or the USA. Our clients are in the USA, Europe and Australia.
There won’t be a ping pong table but there will be the freedom to make your own schedule, get creative, set your own tasks and create new processes. You get to be part of a great team of professionals and shape the growth of Flow Agency in the next few years.

Responsibilities and duties
You will typically manage 4 to 7 SEO clients at any point in time. This includes:
- Account management and client communication.

- There are no designated account or project managers, this is you!
- For your clients, you own:
- Quarterly goal setting and business reviews,
- SEO milestones and roadmap creation,
- and SEO resource planning.
- Success metrics: Client NPS, client retention and expansion.
- Execution of the SEO work for your clients.
- This includes all things SEO from keyword research, to content calendars, technical analysis or content optimization and much more.
- All of our core processes are templatized and documented and we want our team to follow them. This allows us to execute efficiently and at a high degree of quality.
- Having clear processes for core activities frees up your time for custom consulting and strategic thinking. There is no one playbook for impactful SEO and content marketing. We tailor our approach to our clients, their market, their goals and resources.
- Backlinks will be built by our designated Digital PR team based on your guidance.

- Agency project management, collaboration and peer to peer feedback.
- Updating and owning our project management tool Asana. Owning your own deadlines and delivery of SEO work.
- Collaborating with your cross-functional client pod, incl. Digital PR and paid media.
- Creation, streamlining and improving SEO processes, client communication and reporting.

Job details
- Full time position: Full time means 130 working hours per month or 7 working hours per day.
- 25 days of holidays per year. Plus 4 Fridays off in August.
- Of course, all your National Holidays off.
- The role will be remote. We are looking to hire in Europe and the Americas to have sufficient overlap in time zones.
- Success in the role means
- hitting client’s business goals (conversions, organic visibility),
- increased client happiness through great account management and communication,
- meeting all client deadlines with high quality SEO deliverables.
- You can expect:
- Weekly 1on1 with Director of SEO
- Weekly team call
- Weekly mastermind session for learning
- 1-2 client calls per day
Qualifications
- Native-level English.
- At least 5 years of SEO experience with a focus on B2B or SaaS marketing specifically.
- Excellent client management.
- Excellent self-organization in a remote work environment.
- Excellent ownership for results by being proactive, finding solutions, communicating openly, introducing new ideas and improving our processes.
- Optional / Appreciated:
- Additional languages, e.g. German
- Basic to intermediate knowledge in Search Ads, especially Google Ads
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Google Looker Studio and GA4
- Bonus: Active on LinkedIn or looking to become active.
