Responsibilities (focused on Google SEO):
- SEO Strategy Development: Collaborate with product and marketing teams to develop comprehensive SEO strategies aligned with business goals and overseas market demands. This includes technical SEO, content SEO, and traffic acquisition, with the goal of significantly improving organic traffic and conversion rates.
- Technical SEO: Conduct audits of website technical SEO elements (e.g., HTML tags, structured data, URL structure, internal linking) to identify issues and provide actionable recommendations for optimization.
- Content SEO: Optimize product pages, category pages, blog content, meta tags, and titles to improve search engine visibility and enhance user experience.
- Traffic Acquisition via SEO: Drive organic traffic through keyword research and planning, internal and external link building, and on-site/off-site SEO operations.
- SEO Analysis & Reporting: Utilize tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance.
- SEO Training & Knowledge Sharing: Educate and train internal teams on SEO best practices, and provide ongoing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing end-to-end Google SEO for overseas e-commerce standalone websites, especially with successful cases in the B2B space.
- In-depth understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of Google SEO (technical SEO, content SEO, and traffic acquisition), with a strong track record of measurable results.
- Proficiency in using SEO tools, including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.
- Familiarity with the full SEO workflow for international e-commerce websites: from technical SEO foundations → content creation → traffic acquisition.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret SEO data, identify trends, and propose actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B SEO strategy.
- Understanding of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and how it complements SEO.
- Up-to-date with the latest SEO trends and Google’s algorithm updates.
