Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as an Senior SEO Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Proven track record as a self-starting performer in SEO with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with a history of developing talent and driving exceptional performance and growth within a team.
- Strong communication skills and a natural curiosity, coupled with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse, cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Looker/Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
- Familiarity with a variety of SEO suites and tools, including Ahrefs, SEMRush, Google Search Console, and Screaming Frog.
- Active engagement with SEO journals and newsletters, staying abreast of industry trends and possessing the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- In-depth knowledge of Google’s quality rater guidelines, Google Search Central blog, SEO starter guides, and related documentation.
- Diligence in monitoring the competitive landscape, adept at identifying emerging tactics, SERP changes, and themes from algorithm updates to adapt strategies proactively.
- Strong belief in the synergy between SEO and user experience, with a commitment to optimizing both.
- Innovative mindset towards leveraging AI to enhance team efficiency for routine tasks.
- Proficiency in content management systems like WordPress, with the ability to collaborate with engineering teams to enhance CMS functionality.
- Working previously with Law Firms is a must
Responsibilities:
As a Senior SEO Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the roadmap and ensuring timely delivery of all project components, including but not limited to technical, on-page, off-page, Google Business Profile, local search ads, analytics, and tracking.
- Develop strategies to increase organic traffic.
- Participating in monthly client calls, presenting results and reports, and providing comprehensive explanations of agenda items while fostering positive client relationships.
- Collaborating with account managers before client calls, addressing client and internal team requests promptly and effectively.
- Providing support and training to internal teams as needed, ensuring everyone is equipped to deliver high-quality work.
- Coordinating with the content team to execute content revamps until clients achieve top rankings on Google for targeted keywords, suggesting page tweaks autonomously to optimize performance.
