
SEO for Ecommerce
We’re looking for an experienced Backlink Manager to join our team in a full-time, long-term role. This is a fully remote position that offers flexibility but requires strong communication, consistency, and a deep understanding of what makes a quality backlink.
Compensation
Salary range: $3,000 – $4,000 per month (paid bi-weekly).

Responsibilities

Qualitative Review & Approval

Review backlink opportunities submitted by our prospecting team against strict criteria.

Evaluate sites not only by metrics (DR, traffic), but by your SEO intuition and relevance to client niches.

Quota Management & Outreach

Ensure monthly backlink targets are met. Step in with prospecting or outreach when needed.

Team Coordination

Communicate clear feedback and direction to backlink builders and vendors.

Track approved links to ensure they go live correctly and stay live.

Budget Oversight

Work within budget constraints while maintaining top-tier link quality.

Our Minimum Link Requirements

Domain Rating (DR): 30+

Geography & Traffic: U.S.-based sites with 1,000+ monthly organic visitors

Page Relevance: The specific page you’re linking from must receive traffic and be contextually relevant to the client’s niche
What We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven track record managing backlinks, vetting link prospects, and overseeing outreach or vendor relationships

Tools: Comfortable with Ahrefs, Semrush, or similar SEO/link-analysis platforms

Communication: Fluent in English (native speaker preferred), with excellent written and verbal skills

Organization: Highly reliable, consistent, and detail-oriented in meeting monthly quotas

Judgment: Strong decision-making skills—knowing which opportunities to approve and which to pass on
Schedule & Availability
- Full-Time: Approximately 35–40 hours per week, results-based with flexible scheduling.
- Core Check-In Windows:
- Monday–Thursday: You must be logged in for at least 3 hours each day within a 2:00 PM–8:00 PM EST window.
- Friday: Fully flexible—choose your hours to complete your weekly quota.
- Daily Logging: While your overall schedule is flexible, you’re expected to log a full workday (your choice of hours) to ensure consistent collaboration and availability.
