In my current position, my responsibility is to update and create product pages using the best SEO practices. I also analyze competitor pricing to help maintain a competitor edge and update pricing tools for accurate data. I use the SEO keyword tool SpyFu to find the best word for phrase.

SEO Analyst/ Content Writer, US Mattress
This was my first major job out of college. At US-Mattress, I would write sleep advice articles and mattress reviews using Magento. I used SEO tools such as SEM Rush and read Search Engine Journal weekly. I am also trained to use Google Analytics to track webpage performance. I left this position when the marketing department was laid off.
AUG 2020 – OCT 2021
Freelance Writer, Sylvania Advantage
While searching for a full-time job I wrote freelance news stories for the Sylvania Advantage. Most of the time, I was responsible for finding my leads, scheduling interviews, and writing the story.

University of Toledo

While studying at the University of Toledo I worked as a Communication intern and a marketing intern at the University of Toledo Athletic Department. I also wrote news stories for the student-run newspaper, The Collegian.

What Are You Looking For in Your Next Role?

I am looking for a job that returns me to my passion for content writing and SEO analysis. I would love to be able to create full pages of content as well as contribute to a company’s overall SEO performance. I am also looking to put my minor in marketing into practice with an entry-level digital marketing or marketing coordinator position.
