**Technical SEO Specialist / Analyst (Website Migration)**

6-12 Month Contract | Remote (DFW Preferred) | Potential Contract-to-Hire

Must be willing and able to work onsite in the DFW area **one week every three weeks.** All travel and lodging expenses will be covered by the client.

Search Partner Group is partnering with a growing organization undertaking a large-scale website migration of approximately 50,000 pages and is seeking a **Technical SEO Specialist / Analyst** to support a critical SEO and website migration initiative.

This is an ideal opportunity for a hands-on technical SEO professional with experience in site migrations, redirect strategies, website audits, crawl analysis, and post-launch monitoring.

**What You'll Do**

- Build and maintain redirect mapping across approximately 50,000 URLs
- Run website crawls and technical SEO audits
- Validate staging environments before launch
- QA redirects, metadata, canonical tags, structured data, internal links, and XML sitemaps
- Monitor rankings, organic traffic, indexation, crawl activity, and site health
- Analyze crawl data, Search Console insights, and log files
- Partner closely with developers and SEO leadership to identify and resolve issues
- Maintain migration documentation, dashboards, and QA processes

**Required Qualifications**

- 3+ years of Technical SEO experience
- Experience supporting at least one website migration project
- Strong knowledge of:
- Redirects (301/302)
- Crawlability and indexation
- Canonicalization
- XML sitemaps
- Robots.txt
- Structured data
- Core Web Vitals
- Experience working with developers and technical teams
- Ability to analyze large datasets and identify SEO issues quickly

**Tools & Technologies**

Experience with several of the following:

- Screaming Frog
- Sitebulb
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Ahrefs
- Semrush
- Botify
- OnCrawl
- Excel / Google Sheets

**Contract Details**

- 6-12 month contract
- Strong possibility of extension
- Potential contract-to-hire opportunity
- Contract-only candidates welcome
- Fully remote when not onsite in DFW
- DFW candidates preferred, but candidates nationwide will be considered

**Preferred Qualifications**

- Enterprise website experience
- Large-scale migration experience (10K+ URLs preferred)
- Log file analysis experience
- Looker Studio reporting experience
- Python or automation experience
- Enterprise CMS migration experience
