🚀 We’re Hiring: Sr. SEO Strategist (Hybrid Role)

We need a seasoned SEO Senior Strategist who will:

• Spearheads SEO strategy development, driving results with data insights.
• Implements tasks from keyword research to technical SEO.
• Knowledge hub for our SEO team, assisting with strategic planning.
• Collaborates across teams, upholding best practices and innovating processes.
• Stays updated with SEO trends and analyses metrics to report effectively.
• Craves upward mobility within the agency.

Requirements of our SEO Senior Strategist:

• USA-based only: No exceptions.
• Ability to work at least two days weekly in our St. Louis, MO office.
• 5+ years in SEO strategy and execution.
• Expert in foundational SEO disciplines; Keyword Research, On-Page-Optimizaiton, Off-Page-Optimizaiton, Technical SEO
• Expert in SEO tools: Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SurferSEO
• Proficient in web development basics, CMS (e.g., WordPress, Shopify, etc is a plus!)
• Experience and proven success record with multi-location businesses, multi-language B2B companies, large e-commerce companies, and affiliate websites.
• Experience and proven success record with navigating complex SEO challenges such as websites impacted by core updates, manual actions, and site migration/rebrands.
• Team player with a flair for innovative thinking.
• Outstanding organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
• Comfortable and energized about client-facing communications, including written, verbal, video, and in-person.
