**Job Description**Sr. SEO Specialist

We’re seeking a Sr. SEO Specialist to strengthen organic visibility across search engines and emerging AI-driven answer platforms. This role partners with eCommerce, merchandising, marketing, analytics, product, creative, and agency teams to improve discoverability, elevate content quality, and connect search demand to strong onsite experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Drive SEO, GEO, and AEO initiatives across digital properties.
- Optimize content, metadata, and page structure for search and answer engine performance.
- Analyze visibility and traffic trends to identify opportunities and recommend improvements.
- Contribute to content roadmaps through audits, search insights, and performance analysis.
- Support technical SEO efforts including redirects, QA, site health, and structured data validation.
- Manage recurring reporting on organic performance, trends, and optimization results.
- Stay current on SEO, AI search, and answer engine best practices.

**Qualifications**

- 3+ years of SEO experience.
- Strong foundation in keyword research, on-page optimization, content strategy, technical SEO, and analytics.
- Familiarity with AEO, GEO, and AI-powered search trends.
- Experience using Google Search Console, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with SFCC, Sitecore, or BrightEdge preferred.
- Understanding of structured data, schema, crawlability, and indexing preferred.
