We are looking for a skilled SEO & Growth Optimization
Specialist to strengthen our AI -first discovery and organic growth efforts. In
this role, you will execute hands -on SEO, implement GEO/AEO strategies, and
ensure our content is optimized for traditional search engines as well as
AI -driven platforms like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Gemini. You will run
experiments, improve conversion journeys, and support the broader
marketing strategy with data -backed insights. This is a full -time onsite role in
Pune for candidates with 3+ years of experience in SEO, technical
optimization, and performance -driven growth.

**Key Responsibilities:</b>

**1. SEO Execution & Optimization (Hands -On)</b>
</div>

• Own day -to -day on -page and technical SEO
</div>

• Optimize:
o Page structure, headings, metadata, schema markup
o Internal linking, crawlability, indexing, page performance
• Conduct regular SEO audits and implement fixes independently
</div>

• Ensure SEO efforts drive high -intent, conversion -ready traffic
</div>

**2. GEO / AEO / AIO Implementation (AI -First Discovery)</b>
</div>

• Execute Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine
Optimization (AEO)
</div>

• Structure content to improve LLM understanding, trust, and citation
</div>

• Optimize for:
</div>

o Conversational and voice queries
</div>

o AI -generated summaries and answers
</div>

• Support AIO (AI Index Optimization) initiatives across AI platforms
</div>

**3. Marketing Strategy Support & Execution</b>
</div>

• Translate the marketing and growth strategy into clear execution plans
</div>

• Contribute insights on:
</div>

o Channel prioritization
</div>

o Content themes
</div>

• Identify gaps and propose data -backed growth opportunities
</div>

**4. A/B Testing & Conversion Rate Optimization</b>
</div>

• Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests across:
</div>

o Landing pages
</div>

o CTAs and messaging
</div>

o Content formats
</div>

• Define hypotheses, success metrics, and decision criteria
</div>

• Continuously optimize:
</div>

o Conversion rates
</div>

o Engagement depth
</div>

o Lead quality
</div>

**5. Analytics, Reporting & Insights</b>
</div>

• Track and analyze performance across SEO and AI discovery channels
</div>

• Monitor metrics related to:
</div>

o Organic visibility and rankings
</div>

o GEO / AEO effectiveness
o Experiment outcomes
</div>

• Share actionable insights with the Sr. Lead on a regular basis

### Requirements</h3>

**Tools & Platforms (Hands -On Experience Expected)</b>
</div>

• SEO & Research: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google
Analytics (GA4) or equivalent
</div>

• Technical SEO: Screaming Frog, PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, or
equivalent
</div>

• Experimentation & CRO: VWO, Google Optimize (or equivalent tools)
</div>

• AI & AEO Research: ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Copilot (for intent and
answer analysis)
</div>

• Content & Collaboration: CMS platforms (WordPress or similar)
</div>

**Required Skills & Experience</b>
</div>

• Min 3 years of hands -on experience in SEO, Growth, & Performance
Marketing
</div>

• Strong execution capability in:
</div>

o On -page and technical SEO
</div>

o Content optimization and structuring

</div>

• Practical knowledge of GEO / AEO / AIO
</div>

• Experience running A/B tests and optimization experiments
</div>

• Exposure to B2B, tech, or cybersecurity marketing
