**This role is for one of Weekday’s clients
Salary range: Rs 100000 - Rs 400000 (ie INR 1 - 4 LPA)**

We are looking for an experienced **SEO & Web Development Specialist** to manage both technical SEO and website development across multiple client projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO, along with hands-on experience building and maintaining websites on leading CMS platforms.

**Requirements**

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Conduct technical SEO audits and implement improvements for crawlability, indexing, Core Web Vitals, schema, redirects, sitemaps, and internal linking.
- Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, content optimisation, and local SEO to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
- Develop, customise, and maintain websites using **WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace**.
- Build responsive landing pages and implement integrations, APIs, CRM tools, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
- Manage hosting, DNS, SSL, CDN, website migrations, and performance optimisation.
- Monitor SEO performance using tools like **Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, Search Console, Looker Studio, Microsoft Clarity, SE Ranking, and Zutrix**.
- Stay updated with the latest SEO trends, AI Search, AEO, GEO, and algorithm changes.

**Required Skills:**

- Strong knowledge of Technical, On-Page, Off-Page, and Local SEO.
- Hands-on experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, Webflow, Wix, or Squarespace.
- Familiarity with PHP, MySQL, APIs, hosting, DNS, SSL, and Git is an advantage.
- Experience with SEO reporting, analytics, and conversion tracking.
