# **About the Role**

Looking for a highly experienced SEO Strategy Manager to lead and drive organic growth across India, the USA, and the UK markets with Same domain. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of ranking websites in highly competitive industries and generating measurable growth in traffic, leads, and revenue.

We are seeking a strategic SEO leader who understands modern search ecosystems, including Google Search, AI Search, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Technical SEO, International SEO, Enterprise SEO, Content Strategy, and AI-powered search optimization.

## **Key Responsibilities**

### **SEO Strategy & Leadership**

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for India, USA, and UK markets with the same domain.
- Create quarterly and annual SEO growth roadmaps aligned with business goals.
- Drive organic traffic, lead generation, and revenue growth through SEO initiatives.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity assessments.
- Lead SEO strategy discussions with clients and internal stakeholders.

### **International SEO**

- Manage SEO campaigns for Single Websites via targeting India, USA, and UK audiences .
- Develop country-specific keyword and content strategies.
- Implement and manage hreflang, geo-targeting, and international SEO best practices.
- Optimize websites for local and international search visibility.

### **Technical SEO**

- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and implement recommendations.
- Improve crawling, indexing, Core Web Vitals, page speed, and website architecture.
- Work closely with development teams to resolve technical SEO issues.
- Implement structured data and schema markup strategies.

### **Content & AI SEO**

- Build SEO-driven content strategies and topic clusters.
- Optimize service pages, blogs, landing pages, and location pages.
- Develop strategies for AI Search Optimization (AEO/GEO).
- Improve visibility across Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.
- Identify content gaps and growth opportunities using SEO tools and AI-driven insights.

### **Team Management**

- Lead and mentor SEO Specialists, Content Teams, and Link Building Teams.
- Establish SEO SOPs, quality standards, and performance benchmarks.
- Review team deliverables and ensure execution excellence.
- Conduct regular training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

### **Reporting & Analytics**

- Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, leads, and revenue.
- Create executive-level SEO reports and dashboards.
- Present growth opportunities, challenges, and recommendations to leadership.
- Track ROI and forecast SEO performance using data-driven methodologies.

- Ability to create and execute enterprise-level SEO strategies.

## **Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience in SaaS, Healthcare, Finance, Education, E-commerce, or Enterprise SEO.
