ABOUT THE ROLE
As an SEO Strategist, your role is all about crafting and executing digital marketing campaigns across the SEO, Content, and Website Development realms. An enthusiasm for SEO and a pulse on the latest digital marketing trends, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills, are the key to success in this position.
You’ll be reporting to the SEO Team Lead, and we keep things running smoothly through Slack, Teamwork for task management, and Google Workspace for file organization.
This is a full-time position for individuals based in the US, offering health, dental, and vision benefits, as well as a retirement package.
A DAY IN THE LIFE
- Innovate and execute robust SEO strategies for both B2B and B2C clients, driving tangible top-line growth.
- Dive deep into keyword research and analysis, crafting organic search strategies that deliver results.
- Fine-tune and optimize on-page content, shaping content strategies that hit the mark.
- Keep a watchful eye on clients’ SEO results, ensuring each project achieves 100% technical optimization.
- Provide steadfast support for all SEO initiatives, offering insightful reporting, analysis, and optimization recommendations.
- Continuously monitor campaign results, dissect key metrics, and fine-tune click-through and conversion rates.
- Troubleshoot website performance issues, addressing crawling and indexing errors.
- Make data-driven decisions with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio.
- Collaborate seamlessly with our team of SEO professionals.
- Stay nimble and adaptable when priorities shift, always ensuring we meet our deadlines.
- Harness the power of SEO tools, including SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other industry-standard software.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS NEEDED
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar SEO role, with a proven track record of devising and implementing successful SEO strategies for both B2B and B2C clients.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Google Data Studio.
- Familiarity with SEO tools like SEMrush and Screaming Frog.
- Strong understanding of both content strategy and technical SEO.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities, stellar time management, and excellent organizational skills.
