**About the Opportunity:**

The SEO SPECIALIST role is responsible for implementing, optimizing, and managing strategic SEO campaigns to improve organic search performance for clients. This position contributes by developing and executing SEO strategies, analyzing performance data, and communicating results to clients, thereby directly impacting the success of marketing efforts and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities:**

- Develop competitive SEO strategies including keyword research and Google Business Profile optimization
- Manage backlinks, SEO-optimized content frameworks, and directory listings
- Stay updated on SEO trends and tools to enhance strategy effectiveness
- Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics and provide proactive recommendations
- Communicate SEO strategies and results effectively to clients
- Contribute to improving internal SEO processes

**Requirements:**

- Minimum 2 years experience in digital marketing agency or multifamily marketing
- At least 3 years of hands-on organic search experience
- Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and search engine algorithms
- Proficient in on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
- Ability to leverage AI and automation for process improvement
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
- Certifications in Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with SEO tools such as ScreamingFrog, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, and Yext
- Advanced skills in database management and Google Sheets
- Experience with custom tags in GTM is a plus

**Pay Range and Compensation Package:**

- The salary range for this role in Colorado is $51,800 to $63,000 plus bonus potential
- Eligible to participate in the organization's benefits plan
