**Arriale Music** is seeking a part-time remote assistant with **strong, demonstrated SEO expertise** who can evaluate an existing Squarespace website, identify what is missing, and develop and implement a practical plan to improve Google search visibility, rankings, and website traffic.

This position also includes social media growth and detailed administrative support.

**SEO Responsibilities**

- Review and analyze the current website and identify areas for improvement
- Develop a practical SEO strategy and prioritized action plan
- Keyword research and keyword strategy
- On-page SEO
- Page titles, metadata, headings, and descriptions
- Content optimization
- Improve Google search visibility and rankings
- Track website traffic and SEO performance
- Recommend and implement changes based on results
- Squarespace SEO experience strongly preferred

**Social Media & Additional Support**

- Help develop strategies to increase social media followers, engagement, and reach
- Assist with posting and maintaining a consistent social media schedule
- Create and edit simple promotional and performance video clips
- Experience with video editing software that preserves high-quality video and audio
- Google Docs and Google Sheets
- Detailed administrative and organizational support
- Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT

**What I'm Looking For**

- **Demonstrated SEO experience — not simply general social media experience**
- Strong understanding of keyword strategy, on-page SEO, metadata, content optimization, rankings, and traffic growth
- Ability to analyze an existing website and explain clearly what should be improved and why
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to follow directions carefully and follow through
- Comfortable troubleshooting technology
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working with artists, musicians, or other creative professionals is a plus

**Schedule & Working Style**

Evening availability is preferred, with some weekend flexibility.

This is a collaborative remote position. I prefer working connected in real time through FaceTime or Zoom during sessions, allowing for quick communication, troubleshooting, and approvals.
