Location: Columbus, Indiana (Hybrid / Remote considered)

Compensation: $80,000/year + Full Benefits

Were hiring an SEO Specialist. This is for someone who knows the difference between ranking and actually driving leads. Youll take ownership of organic strategy for our group of dealership websitesno fluff, no keyword cramming, just real results.

We dont want SEO theatre. We want crawlable, indexable, structured, high-performing sites that show up for the right searches and convert.

Youll spend your time:

- Fixing the stuff that breaks rankingsslow load times, broken internal links, missing schema, etc.
- Guiding content that ranks and drives traffic.
- Holding vendors accountable when SEO best practices get forgotten.
- Monitoring performance and making data-backed moves.
