We are hiring Position** SEO Specialist**

**Location Ahmedabad, India – Work from Office Only (Immediate Joiner)**

**Job Description**

**1. On-Page SEO**
-Perform keyword research, intent mapping, and content optimization
-Optimize meta tags, headings, internal linking, and content structure
-Implement schema markup and structured data
-Collaborate with content and dev teams for SEO best practices

**2. Technical SEO**
-Conduct technical audits (crawlability, indexing, site speed, Core Web Vitals)
-Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, canonical tags
-Fix indexing issues, redirects, and broken links
-Ensure mobile-first and performance optimization

**3. Off-Page SEO**
-Plan and execute advanced link-building strategies
-Outreach for high-quality backlinks, digital PR, and citations
-Monitor backlink health and authority

**4. AEO (Answer Engine Optimization)**
-Optimize content for featured snippets, FAQs, and voice search
-Structure content to answer user queries directly (People Also Ask, zero-click searches)
-Implement schema for FAQs, How-to, and knowledge panels

**5. GEO (Generative Engine Optimization)**
-Optimize content for AI-driven platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
-Focus on entity-based SEO and topical authority
-Create content that is AI-readable, contextual, and citation-worthy
-Monitor brand visibility in AI-generated responses

**6. Analytics & Reporting**
-Track rankings, traffic, CTR, and conversions
-Use tools like Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, SEMrush
-Prepare detailed performance reports with actionable insights

**7. Competitor & Trend Analysis**
-Analyze competitor SEO, AEO, and GEO strategies
-Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and AI search trends

**Having Must**

**--Primary Skill: SEO****--Secondary Skill: Digital Marketing**

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

-**Minimum 2.5 - 4 years of experience in SEO (On-page, Off-page, Technical)**
-Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4)
-Strong understanding of search intent, keyword clustering, and content strategy
-Knowledge of structured data, schema markup, and technical SEO
-Understanding of AEO (featured snippets, voice search optimization)
-Basic understanding of GEO and AI-driven search ecosystems
-Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress
-Basic HTML/CSS knowledge
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

**Preferred / Updated Skills (Modern SEO Stack)**

-Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, Frase, Jasper, etc.)
-Knowledge of entity SEO and topical authority building
-Familiarity with programmatic SEO concepts
-Understanding of UX signals (bounce rate, dwell time, engagement)
-Experience with API-based SEO tools or automation (basic level)
-Knowledge of international SEO / multi-language SEO

**KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)**

-Improvement in keyword rankings and SERP visibility
-Growth in organic traffic and CTR
-Increase in featured snippets / zero-click visibility
-Visibility in AI-generated search results (AEO/GEO impact)
-Quality and authority of backlinks
-Reduction in technical SEO issues

**Education Qualification any bachelor's degree**

Management/ Personal Skills (Non-technical and managerial skills)

-Good verbal and written Communication skills
-Willingness to take ownership and accountability for own self and team
-Mindset to collaborate in team-working class
-Penchant for quality output in challenging timeline

**Note**: **Retention Bonus: 100% of the last drawn monthly salary upon successful completion of 1 year.**

**Interview process : 2 rounds will be take in person interview if candidate is in Ahmedabad and virtual if candidate is outside Ahmedabad**

**Note: SEO is almost 70% and rest will be all other part of digital marketing work will always be there.**
