**About the job**

**Position:** Marketing Expert — Organic Growth (AI Agent Environments)
**Type:** **Contract**
**Compensation:** **$60–$100/hour**
**Location:** **Remote**

**Role Responsibilities**

- Design task briefs from real organic growth work, identifying issues and decisions a strong practitioner should make.
- Specify necessary documents, dashboards, personas, and tool states for realistic task execution.
- Write or review reference answers and criteria distinguishing strong responses from plausible-but-wrong ones.
- Review **AI agent** attempts and evaluate them against established standards.
- Diagnose issues from messy data, prioritize tasks, plan, execute, and orchestrate multi-step work across tools.

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have**

- Hands-on practitioner experience in organic growth or **SEO/AEO**.
- Fluent in **Google Analytics 4**, **Google Search Console**, **Semrush** or **Ahrefs**, and a **CMS** like **Contentful**.
- Clear written reasoning to explain decision-making.

**Preferred**

- Experience building **AI training environments**, **RL environments**, or simulated case studies.
- **Rubric Academy** or **Rubric Bootcamp** certification.
