AD Marketing Group is a PPC and SEO agency in Swansea. We are hiring an SEO Specialist to own a portfolio of client accounts.

Our client list runs from local businesses through to global ecommerce brands, so no two accounts look the same. Clients tend to stay with us, so you would see your own work through rather than losing an account before it pays off.

### The job

You would look after your own portfolio of SEO clients and own the whole account rather than one slice of it: strategy, keyword research, on-page and technical work, local SEO, content recommendations and link acquisition. You would run technical audits and then fix what they turn up, working with clients' web teams where needed.

You would write the monthly reports yourself and take clients through them, and you would be on calls with your own clients regularly.

### Who we are after

Proper hands-on SEO experience, ideally agency side, and comfortable running several accounts at once. Technical SEO should be something you understand rather than something you rely on a tool to tell you. You Will know your way around SEMrush or Ahrefs, GA4, Search Console and Looker Studio.

You should be able to explain what you are doing and why. Some of our clients know SEO inside out, others have never opened Search Console, and you would need to be able to talk to both. No degree needed.

### The terms

- £26,000 to £28,000 depending on experience
- A clear route to progress if you want it
- 31 days holiday including bank holidays
- Two days a week in the Swansea office, three from home
- Flexitime, work your hours any time between 8am and 6pm
