• Leading the design, development, and maintenance of complex software systems
• Making strategic technical decisions and contributing to long-term architecture planning
• Designing scalable solutions using .NET and modern architectural patterns
• Writing high-quality, maintainable, and testable code following best practices and coding standards
• Mentoring junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance, feedback, and technical coaching
• Leading code reviews and ensuring high engineering standards across the team
• Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across the full development lifecycle
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives in performance, reliability, and code quality
• Contributing to AI/LLM initiatives, including LLM-integrated workflows, agent-based features, and natural-language-driven interfaces

🔍 If you have…

• 5+ years of experience with demonstrated leadership and technical expertise
• Ability to mentor junior engineers, design complex systems, and contribute to strategic decisions
• Strong proficiency in C#, Angular, SQL, and Git
• Deep understanding of the .NET framework and architectural patterns
• Experience with relevant frameworks and libraries (e.g., Vue.js, Entity Framework)
• Ability to design and implement complex software systems
• Experience in leading and mentoring junior developers
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Interest in contributing to LLM-integrated workflows, agent-based product features, or natural-language-driven interfaces
• Willingness to learn and apply AI engineering best-practices supported by internal training programs
• Nice to have: exposure to Python, AWS AI services, embeddings, or Databricks-style data tooling
