**SUMMARY**: Under the direct supervision of the Marketing Coordinator of Student Engagement and Outreach(SEO), the ASI Photographer and Videographer is responsible for capturing images and videos of ASI including but not limitedto;events,activities,programs,andservices,andparticipantswhousethem.Createanddistributecontentfor various engagement opportunities to promote ASI's programs and services.

ESSENTIALDUTIES&

RESPONSIBILITIES**

•

    

CapturesandeditsphotoandvideocontentforASIeventsandprogramsasrequestedfor

the

creationofmaterials promoting ASI programs, events, and activities for the shared photo/video content library.

•

    

Createdigitalphotographsandvideosusingstandardandinnovativephotographyandvideography

practices.

•

    

WorktowardscreatinganASIimage inthephotosandvideoscapturedtoupholdtheASI

brand.

•

    

Work directlywithclientstocoordinatephotoshootdetailsandneeds,includingbutnotlimitedtoconcept, timeline, scheduling, participants, and other visual needs.

•

    

CollaboratewithotherASIprogramareastoenhanceandpromotetheirimagearound

campus.

•

    

Communicate

and

collaborate

with

ASI

A-Team and

the

Marketing Coordinator

of

SEO

regularly

to

coordinate

the

needs

of

upcomingsocial media campaigns, events, designs, andideas.

•

    

Maintain

an

up-to-date

calendar

with

assignments

and work

independently

to

ensure

project

deadlines.

•

    

Provide

images

weekly

to

highlight

ASI

programs

and

services

and

the

student

experience

participating

in

those

areas.

•

    

Otherdutiesmaybe

assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS**

Experienceinphotographyand

videography.

•

    

Mustbeorganized,self-sufficient,andreliablewithademonstratedabilitytohandlemultipleprojects

simultaneously.
