We are a Surat-based IT company with a team of 100+ professionals, dedicated to building and scaling our own SaaS products. We are focused on long-term product growth and sustainable organic expansion.

## **Role Overview**

We are looking for an experienced **SEO Head** who has a proven track record of generating measurable outcomes through strategic SEO initiatives. The ideal candidate must have successfully scaled organic traffic in competitive niches and led SEO teams effectively.

## **Key Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies for SaaS products
- Drive significant growth in organic traffic, rankings, and conversions
- Lead and mentor a team of SEO executives, content writers, and outreach specialists
- Perform advanced keyword research, competitor analysis, and technical SEO audits
- Optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Work closely with content, product, and development teams
- Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
- Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and industry trends
- Ensure measurable ROI from SEO initiatives

## **Required Skills & Qualifications**

- 5+ years of experience in SEO within the IT industry
- Proven success in scaling organic traffic in competitive markets
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page & off-page SEO
- Experience handling SaaS product SEO
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability

## **Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience in international SEO
- Strong understanding of content marketing strategies
- Experience with large-scale websites or multiple product portfolios
