We are expanding our SEO operations and looking for an experienced SEO Growth Lead to drive organic growth strategies across multiple projects.</span>
</p>

The ideal candidate should have strong technical SEO knowledge, hands -on execution experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with content, development, and marketing teams. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution in a fast -paced digital environment.</span>
</p>

Responsibilities</span>
</p>

• Plan, manage, and oversee SEO strategies across multiple projects</span>
</div>

• Conduct keyword research and develop SEO -driven content strategies</span>
</div>

• Optimize website structure, internal linking, crawling, and indexing</span>
</div>

• Identify technical SEO issues and collaborate with developers to resolve them</span>
</div>

• Monitor organic traffic performance, rankings, and SEO KPIs</span>
</div>

• Develop and execute link -building strategies</span>
</div>

• Collaborate with content teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented</span>
</div>

• Generate regular SEO performance reports and actionable insights</span>
</div>

• Monitor competitors, industry trends, and search engine algorithm updates</span>
</div>

• Work closely with cross -functional teams to improve overall website performance and visibility</span>
</div>

### Requirements</h3>

• 3–5 years of hands -on SEO experience, including managing organic search campaigns.</span>
</div>

• Experience managing SEO projects with measurable growth results.</span></span>
</div>

• Strong understanding of Technical SEO principles and website optimization.</span>
</div>

• Working knowledge of WordPress and HTML5 for SEO implementation purposes.</span>
</div>

• Experience with SEO and website optimization tools.</span>
</div>

• Hands -on experience using tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.</span>
</div>

• Experience building and executing link -building campaigns is preferred.</span>
</div>

• Agency experience is a must.</span>
</div>

• Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.</span>
</div>

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.</span>
</div>

• Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team environment.</span>
</div>

• Self -motivated, detail -oriented, and results -driven.</span>
