**Overview**

As an SEO Executive, you drive organic growth for Radius’s group of websites. You’ll work with the SEO team to optimize content for search and answer engines, applying data-driven insights to improve rankings and traffic. You’ll use industry tools to audit sites, identify opportunities, and support cross-functional content initiatives. This role combines technical SEO with content strategy to enhance brand visibility and performance in a global market. You’ll join a collaborative team that's committed to staying ahead of algorithm changes and emerging tools.

 **Responsibilities**

- Conduct keyword research to identify opportunities for key websites using SEMrush and Ahrefs
- Optimize on-page elements (title tags, meta descriptions, headers, content) to improve rankings
- Leverage AI tools to streamline content workflows while ensuring brand voice and E-E-A-T compliance
- Perform regular site audits with Screaming Frog and create actionable improvement plans
- Support off-site strategies to boost domain authority and search rankings
- Analyse and report SEO performance metrics (traffic, rankings, AI visibility, conversions) and provide recommendations to the SEO Lead
- Collaborate with divisional and country stakeholders to implement SEO best practices in new content and projects
- Stay informed on industry trends and algorithm updates to keep strategies cutting-edge

 **Key requirements**

- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations
- Understanding of content and web page optimization for search and answer engines
- Experience diagnosing and resolving technical SEO issues (crawl errors, indexing, site speed)
- Ability to clearly articulate strategies and performance insights to stakeholders
- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Enthusiasm for staying ahead of industry changes and driving measurable results
- Understanding of how AI can support digital marketing processes and strategies
