**Overview**

In this role, you will support the SEO Site Manager to grow organic performance for a Frasers Group website. You’ll collaborate with the digital marketing team to optimise on-page and technical factors, content, and site architecture to drive rankings. The role combines hands-on audits, tool-driven insights, and cross-functional content alignment to improve search visibility. You will operate in a fast-paced retail environment with a clear focus on scalable, data-informed improvements.

 **Responsibilities**

- Provide recommendations to boost SEO performance and rankings
- Suggest changes to site architecture, content, and internal linking to target keywords
- Collaborate with content writers on category/landing page copy, FAQs, and buying guides for SEO impact
- Utilise Botify and ScreamingFrog to identify and fix issues affecting SERP visibility
- Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits and remediate problems
- Leverage PI-datametrics and SEMRush for insights and opportunities
- Assist with link building strategies and conduct backlink audits

 **Key requirements**

- Hands-on experience in an SEO-focused role (in-house or agency)
- Experience with keyword research and strategy, optimization, and analysis
- Ability to report on key performance metrics to managers
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and handle high-priority requests
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
