**Job Title: SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist

Salary: 1500-2500 USD/month

Working hours: Monday to Friday 9-5 EST

**Overview**

We are seeking a hands-on SEO & Digital Marketing Specialist—not a manager, but someone who actively executes and delivers results. **SEO is the primary focus of this role**, with the main goal of achieving first-page Google rankings and improving Google Business Profile (GMB) visibility in local search. Success will be measured by increased call volume and online form submissions.

**Digital marketing and social media are a secondary responsibility**, supporting the core SEO efforts through content creation and brand engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Primary Focus – SEO:**

- Execute SEO strategies to achieve and maintain first-page Google rankings
- Optimize websites (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO)
- Manage and improve Google Business Profiles for local rankings
- Perform keyword research and competitor analysis
- Track performance (rankings, traffic, calls, and leads) using analytics tools
- Implement CRO strategies to increase calls and form submissions

**Secondary Focus – Digital Marketing & Social Media:**

- Create and post social media content, including short-form videos
- Support brand awareness and engagement across platforms

**Required Qualifications**

- Proven hands-on SEO/digital marketing experience
- Strong track record of ranking websites and generating calls/leads
- Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, technical)
- Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles
- Experience with social media content and basic video creation

**Performance Expectations**

- First-page keyword rankings
- Improved GMB/local visibility
- Increased traffic, calls, and form submissions
- Growth in social media engagement
