We are The Ryan Law Group, a full-service personal injury law firm located in Manhattan Beach, CA. We are looking for a full-time SEO & Digital Marketing Manager to join our growing team! 

Our office is located right at the intersection of Highland and Rosecrans in Manhattan Beach, with a beautiful view of the beach right from our windows. The Strand and the sand are just a two-minute walk away and offer a great way to spend your lunch break! 

**Compensation:**

$34 - $36 hourly

**Responsibilities:**

**Responsibilities (not limited to):**

- Report to the Chief Operating Officer.
- Plan and write blogs, FAQs, landing pages, and legal guides for the firm’s website.
- Identify competitor keyword and content gaps.
- Create content for a variety of personal injury practice areas and geographic markets.
- Update old content to improve rankings.
- Optimize the firm’s website structure and pages.
- Ensure the firm’s information is consistent across platforms (website, Google Business Profiles, attorney directories, etc.)
- Monitor and develop backlinks.
- Manage the firm’s Google Ads and Google Local Service Ads campaigns.

**Qualifications:**

Requirements:

- Must be able to commute to and work in-person at our office in Manhattan Beach between 8-4:30, 8:30-5, or 9-5:30
- Close attention to detail
- Organized
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality, people person
- Able to multitask
- Good follow-up and follow-through with tasks
- Team player

Education and/or Experience:

- At least 2 years of SEO/digital marketing experience (legal experience preferred, but not required)
- Bachelor’s Degree from a 4-year university
