We are hiring a SEO Content Specialist to support our firm. No prior legal experience is required. We provide hands-on training, clear performance expectations, and defined processes to support your success.

Full-Time | Onsite/In Person | Peachtree City, GA

Positions Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM with an hour for lunch

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Optimize website structure, metadata, internal linking, schema markup, and overall on‑page SEO performance.
- Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and content gap analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Create, edit, and publish SEO‑driven content, including website pages, blog articles, landing pages, and supporting digital assets.
- Manage and update the company’s WordPress site, ensuring proper use of YoastSEO and adherence to SEO best practices.
- Implement and refine schema markup to enhance search visibility and rich‑result eligibility.
- Use Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and preferred SEO tools to analyze site performance and inform strategy.
- Monitor keyword rankings, traffic trends, and engagement metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure all content meets brand, quality, and compliance standards.
- Develop monthly performance reports outlining progress toward lead‑generation and organic‑growth goals.
- Stay current on SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

- Bachelor’s degree
- Prior experience in an office or administrative setting
- Experience working with deadlines, checklists, or performance metrics

- Serve as the primary specialist responsible for developing and executing the company’s SEO strategy.
- Manage on‑site SEO, technical SEO, content development, and optimization efforts across the company website.
- Produce high‑quality written content that aligns with SEO goals and business objectives.
- Monitor, track, and report SEO performance metrics to leadership.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure SEO best practices are integrated across digital initiatives.
