**A-Line Staffing is now hiring an SEO Content Specialist in Boise, ID 83716.** The SEO Content Specialist would be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be **full time / 40+ hours per week and 100% onsite.**

**SEO Content Specialist Compensation**

- The pay for this position is **$32–$36 per hour based on experience**
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

- Coordinate with writers, agencies, internal teams, and AI tools to move content through production stages
- Manage content workflows from intake through publication
- Maintain content pipeline visibility and status tracking for stakeholders

- Develop and expand FAQ sections using targeted queries and concise, technically accurate responses
- Apply content structuring best practices including headers, bullets, and short-form answers to improve retrieval in AI Overviews and LLMs
- Strengthen entity coverage and internal linking using related technologies, use cases, and optimized anchor text
- Execute scalable on-page optimizations using provided briefs, checklists, and tools

**SEO Content Specialist Requirements**

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or digital marketing
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of keyword research and search intent
- Familiarity with GEO concepts and AI search optimization, including how LLMs discover, read, and cite content
- Experience writing or editing content for AI-readiness, including semantic structure, conversational keyword integration, and entity optimization
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including the ability to work directly with technical teams on site health and schema implementation needs
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

**SEO Content Specialist Preferred Qualifications**

- Experience with project management platforms such as Workfront
- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
- Background in B2B or technical content environments, particularly semiconductors, memory, or storage
