**About the Role**

The Manager, SEO Content will manage medium-to-large client accounts and execute content strategies aligned with SEO/GEO goals. This person will oversee content creation, optimization, performance tracking, client communication, and scalable AI-assisted workflows while collaborating with internal teams and senior content leaders.

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and implement content strategies across assigned client accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of medium-to-large accounts and serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client communication.
- Monitor content performance and recommend data-informed improvements.
- Write, edit, and deliver content for formats including blogs and landing pages.
- Use AI tools and workflows to produce content at scale while preserving quality, brand voice, and SEO/GEO standards.
- Provide clients with performance updates, strategic recommendations, timelines, and progress reports.
- Collaborate with SEO/GEO, design, and development teams on integrated content strategies.
- Improve content-production processes to make workflows more efficient and scalable.

**Qualifications**

- At least four years of relevant experience in content strategy, editorial oversight, and SEO/GEO best practices.
- Experience developing and guiding content production across multiple client accounts.
- Ability to align content with brand voice, search intent, and strategic goals.
- Strong project management skills, including coordinating freelance writers and meeting delivery timelines.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Interest in developing client-account management and content-strategy expertise.
- Ability to identify account-growth opportunities, including upselling content services and helping create actionable growth plans.
