Role Overview

Nursa is looking for an SEO and Content Strategy Manager to drive organic user acquisition through and the App Store. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, this individual will define, manage and execute our organic growth strategy, including SEO, website conversion strategy, and content marketing. This role will be responsible for meeting Nursa’s aggressive organic acquisition targets and lead a cross-functional team of web specialists, content marketers, and external agencies to scale organic growth. The ideal candidate will balance creating outstanding content and user experiences with exceptional attention to analytical insights and data-driven optimizations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support Nursa’s overarching web and app store strategy, including site updates, landing page experiences, content, testing and optimization that support engagement, acquisition, and conversion.

  • Lead Nursa’s ASO and SEO roadmap and initiatives that drive organic acquisition, improve website visibility and achieve performance goals.

  • Partner with the data team to establish a clear measurement framework, define critical metrics, track and analyze performance, and demonstrate business impact.

  • Actively manage and optimize SEO campaign content strategy, including analyzing search query reports for new opportunities, crafting performance-optimized copy, analyzing landing page experiences and optimizing conversion funnels.

  • Build a culture of testing and experimentation to drive innovation, apply findings, and uncover optimization opportunities that increase organic acquisition and deliver best-in-class user experiences.

  • Manage all aspects of content marketing strategy including managing freelance copywriters, strategizing editorial calendars, and working with lifecycle marketing team to deploy in weekly newsletter campaigns and social media accounts.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • 8+ years of proven experience generating and converting organic traffic to deliver growth through web, SEO, and content programs.

  • Subject matter expertise with the technical aspects of running a website, including web analytics, UX, technical and content SEO, domain management, content management systems, A/B testing, and other web platform tools. Webflow experience is a plus.

  • Knowledgeable developing and editing enterprise content calendars and working with editorial teams and agencies to build compelling SEO content.

  • Excellent data analyzation, visualization and presentation skills; understanding of how to communicate technical SEO concepts to senior leadership stakeholders.

  • Prior experience in healthcare or marketplace platforms is preferred.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with ability to navigate gray areas by making decisions and developing new processes.

  • Willingness to travel to Salt Lake City HQ roughly quarterly
