Overview
- Main Point of Contact with Client
- Liaison Between Client & Agency
- Proactively Lead Client SEO Strategy
- Nurture, Retain & Grow Customer Relationship
- Build a Long-Term Partnership
What you’ll be doing
- Making the client feel like a million bucks!
- Act as a liaison between clients and the internal operations team.
- Share new services and recommendations back to clients in their best interest.
- Maintaining and protecting company margins (i.e., alerting clients when their requests are out-of-scope).
- Growth of accounts (making clients aware of other services and actions that may lead to greater success).
- Read social signals and pre-empt any challenges.
- Manage account reviews, mistakes, etc.
- Keep abreast of trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect our clients.
