For our client, we are seeking a Senior SEO/GEO Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will drive organic search performance across both traditional and AI-powered search experiences, with a strong emphasis on technical SEO. The ideal candidate will partner closely with development and content teams to improve site health, visibility, and discoverability. This position will also help shape search strategy by turning research and analysis into actionable recommendations that support traffic growth and stronger engagement.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $100,000 – $120,000 annually

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and execute SEO strategies to enhance organic visibility and traffic
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve site architecture and technical issues
- Monitor and improve Core Web Vitals and overall website health
- Provide recommendations for website structure and internal linking
- Conduct keyword and competitive research to inform SEO strategies
- Create SEO briefs and optimize existing content for better performance
- Identify opportunities for visibility in traditional and AI-powered search

**Qualifications**

- 5+ years of SEO experience, particularly in technical SEO
- Strong grasp of crawling, rendering, indexation, and structured data
- Proficient in creating SEO content briefs based on research and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills for identifying SEO opportunities
- Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console and Semrush
- Experience with AI-search/GEO tools
- Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical collaboration
