**Senior Project Manager – Digital Programs (remote)**

**Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the execution of complex digital initiatives across multiple domains, including omnichannel platforms, loyalty systems, marketplaces, and front-end digital products. The ideal candidate is highly execution-focused, metrics-driven, and experienced in delivering large-scale digital programs from initiation through deployment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects from initiation to implementation, ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes
- Manage cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, engineers, QA, release, and operations
- Drive Agile ceremonies, planning, and execution while ensuring alignment with business goals and KPIs
- Oversee project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies
- Develop and maintain project documentation, reporting dashboards, and executive-level status updates using Confluence
- Manage work tracking, sprint execution, and backlog prioritization using Jira
- Build and nurture strong collaboration across distributed teams
- Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve delivery efficiency and knowledge management
- Support the integration and adoption of AI agents and LLM-based tools within project workflows
- Ensure governance, quality assurance, and compliance throughout the project lifecycle
- Continuously improve delivery processes using data-driven insights and Agile best practices

**Required Skills & Experience**

- 10+ years of project management experience, with a strong focus on digital project delivery
- Proven experience delivering complex digital initiatives (e.g., omnichannel, loyalty platforms, marketplaces, front-end systems)
- Strong expertise with Atlassian tools, particularly Jira and Confluence
- Demonstrated experience working with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Track record of managing large, cross-functional, distributed teams
- Strong experience managing project budgets and financial tracking
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in metric-driven environments with Agile delivery frameworks
- Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, and GitHub Copilot
- Experience building or leveraging AI agents in delivery or operational workflows

**Preferred Qualifications**

- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- CSM (Certified ScrumMaster) certification or equivalent Agile certification
- Experience working in fast-paced, enterprise-scale digital transformation programs
