**Overview**

In this Senior Manager role at Deloitte’s Digital Procurement team, you’ll drive digital procurement transformations for major clients, delivering measurable value through technology-enabled process improvements and strategic guidance. You will lead engagements, shape propositions, and mentor teams while cultivating client relationships and contributing to thought leadership. The role blends hands-on delivery with business development and market-facing initiatives in a collaborative, inclusive culture.

 **Responsibilities**

- Independently manage a large engagement or major workstream with limited oversight and act as a trusted client advisor
- Own deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality outputs using Deloitte accelerators and tools
- Coach and develop junior team members and foster a diverse, inclusive culture
- Lead digital procurement transformations delivering strategic and operational value for major clients
- Design and implement cutting-edge procurement technology to optimize processes
- Collaborate with clients to understand needs and drive adoption of new tech and processes
- Engage with a broader Deloitte network to support sales and relationship-building
- Develop thought leadership, coordinate events, and contribute to Deloitte’s reputation in Digital Procurement
- Mentor juniors and contribute to team growth and wellbeing
- Maintain alignment to client needs while expanding relationships beyond the core engagement

 **Key requirements**

- Experience delivering procurement projects within a large organization
- Demonstrable experience configuring and implementing procurement technology solutions with tangible outcomes
- Experience with procurement technology applications (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, GEP, Jaggaer, iValua, Icertis, Globality, Zip, Fairmarkit, Oro, Cirtuo, Sievo, Candex)
- Strong relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues
- Ability to lead teams and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Willingness and ability to obtain security clearance
- Desirable: consulting experience, procurement transformations, familiarity with generative AI in procurement, and technical certifications
- Strong data manipulation and analytical capabilities, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
