### Team Lead Delivery Recruiter at Outsource UK part of Sanderson PLC

**Location:** Peterborough (Fully Onsite)

**Rate:** Up to £35.91 per hour Umbrella

**Start Date:** 2nd February 2026

**Hours:** 37 hours per week, Monday–Friday

### Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced **SEO / GEO Specialist** to support international eCommerce websites and drive organic traffic growth. You will be responsible for improving search visibility, creating SEO roadmaps, and working closely with a small, collaborative digital team.

### Key Responsibilities

- Deliver SEO and GEO strategies to improve organic search performance
- Create and execute SEO roadmaps
- Analyse performance using GA4 and Google Search Console
- Implement structured data, internal linking, and technical SEO best practices
- Use SEO tools and spreadsheets to track and report performance

### Skills & Experience

- Strong experience with **GA4** and **Google Search Console**
- 3–5 years’ SEO experience
- Proven ability to improve search rankings
- GEO experience
- BrightEdge, Google Ads, or GAIQ certification
