The Part-Time Private Duty Growth Marketer will play a key role within the marketing team, driving lead generation and enhancing brand awareness through a mixed approach across various marketing channels. This position requires 10-20 hours per week and involves occasional client visits. The ideal candidate will creatively engage customers and analyze market data to support strategic growth initiatives.

****Responsibilities****

- Lead generation to build and expand the client base
- Create compelling content to engage target audiences
- Manage social media channels to increase brand visibility

****Preferred Qualifications****

- 3+ years experience in growth marketing
- Associate degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Skills in digital marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, and email marketing
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Creativity and effective time management abilities
