**Organic Growth & Partnerships Lead | B2C | Organic Social / SEO / Partnerships | Must have startup experience**

**You must have***4+ years in organic growth marketing experience to be considered for this role!*

**Location:** New York City (onsite 5 days p/w) Proudly office first

**Package:** $130,000 - $175,000 + meaningful equity

**Eligibility:** Based in NYC or willing to relocate.

- ***Built and scaled organic growth programs hands-on at a high-growth startup or marketplace***
- ***B2C marketing to non-technical customers (organic social, press, partnerships, newsletters)***
- ***Proven track record growing audiences on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn***
- ***Comfortable operating from near-zero with full autonomy, no playbook handed to you***
- ***4+ years in organic growth marketing***

This is a builder's seat, not a "run the playbook" seat. You own organic and earned growth end to end and you get the freedom to test fast, kill what doesn't work, and pour fuel on what does.

**What you'll do**

- Build and scale organic and earned channels (social, press, content) into compounding growth loops
- Land and manage partnerships across creators, associations and platforms that put the brand in front of new buyers and sellers
- Turn happy customers into growth engines through referral, affiliate and advocacy programs
- Own SEO and AI answer engine optimization (AEO) so the company shows up the moment people search
- Create and shoot organic content, including short-form video for social
- Run experiments across new channels, drop the losers, double down on the winners
- Work across marketing, sales and engineering to find leveraged, outsized plays

**What you'll bring**

- 3-5 years driving organic growth, ideally in a marketplace or high-growth startup
- Hands-on channel growth across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn
- A track record of measurable audience and customer growth through organic channels
- Bias for action, high autonomy, and the scrappiness to build from scratch

**Nice to have**

- Marketplace experience
- Existing relationships with creators or press
- Short-form video production chops
