**Our work spans two core areas:**
**• Game Development** – browser-first games for global audiences, centered on reward-driven progression and long-term engagement.
**• Digital Advertising **– high-performance advertising and affiliate platforms across Web2 and Web3 markets.

We are looking for a Middle SEO Specialist to build and grow the SEO foundation of our project as a B2B advertising network. The role focuses on running a full technical SEO audit, optimizing key commercial pages, developing a strong semantic core, and relaunching the blog as a growth channel for organic traffic, B2B leads, and overall brand authority.

**Responsibilities:**

- Conduct a full technical SEO audit (crawlability, indexation, site structure, internal linking, redirects, duplicates, robots.txt, sitemap, canonicals);
- Optimize Core Web Vitals, page speed, mobile usability, JavaScript rendering, and structured data;
- Maintain ongoing monitoring and issue resolution via Google Search Console and crawling tools;
- Own SEO strategy and execution with a focus on B2B organic growth;
- Improve visibility for high-intent commercial keywords;
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis;
- Identify backlink opportunities and support link-building strategy;
- Create SEO tasks, content briefs, and optimization recommendations;
- Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and development teams;
- Track and report SEO performance using GA4, GSC, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog;
- Provide regular insights, reports, and actionable recommendations to drive organic leads and growth.

**Requirements:**

- 2+ years of SEO experience, preferably in B2B, SaaS, advertising, fintech, crypto/Web3, iGaming, affiliate, or performance marketing niches;
- Strong technical SEO knowledge;
- Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs/Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio;
- Ability to build semantic cores and keyword clusters;
- Experience creating SEO briefs for commercial pages and blog content;
- Strong understanding of search intent and business-driven keyword prioritisation;
- Ability to work with developers and create clear technical SEO tasks;
- Good understanding of content SEO, internal linking, and blog architecture;
- Basic understanding of CRO and B2B lead generation;
- Experience using AI tools for SEO workflows: keyword clustering, content briefs, content audits, competitor research, metadata generation, and technical analysis;
- Understanding of AI search trends, including AI Overviews, answer engines, LLM visibility, entity optimisation, structured content, and how SEO content should adapt for AI-driven search.

**Nice to have:**

- Experience with advertising networks, programmatic advertising, publisher monetisation, or media buying;
- Experience in crypto/Web3 SEO;
- Experience with international SEO;
- Experience with schema markup and structured data;
- Experience with backlink analysis and link-building strategy;
- Experience optimising content for AI search, GEO/AEO, featured snippets, and zero-click search;
- Familiarity with B2B lead generation funnels and sales-driven SEO.
