### **What You’ll Do**


**Demand Generation & Growth Marketing**

- Plan and execute **multi-channel marketing campaigns** (webinars, LinkedIn, email, paid ads, SEO).
- Own **lead generation**—drive inbound traffic, optimize conversion rates, and track campaign ROI.
- Manage **LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and paid media campaigns** for maximum effectiveness.
- Coordinate **webinars and external events**, driving attendance and engagement.
- Analyze **campaign performance, website traffic, and conversion rates**, making data-driven improvements.


**Content & Product Marketing**

- Develop and manage **blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and ad copy**.
- Own and execute the **social media strategy**, primarily focusing on **LinkedIn**.
- Craft compelling messaging around **Work 365’s product features, benefits, and differentiators** for IT service providers and Microsoft partners.
- Work closely with **leadership and technical teams** to translate product updates into market-ready messaging.
- Optimize **SEO strategy**, ensuring high-ranking content that attracts the right audience.


**Collaboration & Execution**

- Work with potential **external vendors** for paid ads, SEO, and content creation, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with **senior leadership** (including CMO & technical teams) to refine messaging and marketing strategy.
- Own **marketing automation & CRM workflows** in **HubSpot** to nurture and convert leads.
- Continuously track and report on **KPIs**, refining strategies based on performance insights.



### Requirements:



- **3–6 years** of marketing experience, ideally in **B2B SaaS, IT services, or Microsoft partner ecosystems**.
- Proven **demand generation experience**—running LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, and email marketing.
- Strong **content marketing skills**, including blog posts, case studies, and email sequences.
- Experience managing **webinars and virtual events**, driving engagement and conversions.
- Hands-on experience with **HubSpot** (or similar marketing automation tools).
- Data-driven mindset—able to **analyze marketing performance and optimize accordingly**.
- Self-starter, able to execute independently and work cross-functionally.
