Responsible to execute and support development initiatives that contributes towards the overall development for the digital banking platform or product enablement for products and/or services. The role entails delivering projects including planning, development, implementing, training and production support within stipulated SLA.

**Functional***(job

responsibilities)*

- UndertakingtherolesandresponsibilitiestoprojectmanagetheimplementationofproductsforDigitalBanking platforms (Internet Banking, Mobile Banking or Branch Banking)
- Interpretationofbusinessneedsandtranslatethemintoapplicationandoperational requirements.
- Elicitrequirementsusinginterviews,documentanalysis,requirementsworkshops,surveys,sitevisits,business process descriptions, scenarios, business analysis,task and workflow analysis
- Workcloselywithinternalstakeholdersi.e.:productmanagers,customerservicingchannels,operationsandITto provide an integrated channel customer experience.
- HighlightandresolveandcriticalrisksandissuesassociatedtoDigital projects
- Leadproduct/channeldevelopmentprojectsfrominceptiontoimplementationincludingsubmissiontorelevantparties for approval
- ContributetoanyothernewassignmentandprojectassignedbyManagementfromtimeto time.
- Researchonlatestdigitalbankingtrendsandfromtimetotimeproposenewinnovativeproductsfordigitalbanking channel.

**Managerial***(team/group

responsibilities)*

- Managepostimplementationsupportas2ndtiersupporttoDigitalBankingOperationteamafterprojectGo-Livefor an agreed period of time (before handover to Application Support team).
- Manage and collaborate with different team members to manage project delivery.
- EnsureDigitalBankingmeetsthebusinessobjectivesandservicelevelgoalsbydeliveringqualityprojectsontime and budget.

**Education/Qualification**

- Degree Holder

**Experience**

- Atleast7yearsprojectmanagementexperienceespeciallyintheareaofDigitalBanking,particularlyinareaofdigital banking product development or testing
- PossessexperienceinOnlineBankingOperationsorProductdevelopmentwillbeanadded advantage.
