### Job Description



Fischetti Law Group, a fast-growing Personal Injury and Estate Planning law firm, is seeking a **creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Manager** to lead our digital presence and community outreach efforts. This is a **full-time, in-office position** working directly with our Management team to expand our brand and grow our client base.



### **What You’ll Do:**



- Plan, manage, and create content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
- Keep attorneys’ LinkedIn accounts active and up to date with engaging and relevant posts.
- Manage and engage with followers across all social media platforms to build community and drive brand awareness.
- Create and edit high-quality videos for marketing campaigns, social posts, and events.
- Coordinate and conduct professional photoshoots for attorneys, staff, and firm events.
- Design and distribute engaging monthly newsletters.
- Purchase, monitor, and optimize Facebook Ads to maximize ROI.
- Maintain and update the firm’s blog and SEO strategies.
- Purchase, monitor, and optimize Google LSA Ads to maximize ROI.
- Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve campaigns.
- Create monthly newsletter to be sent to our list of current and potential clients.

**What We’re Looking For:**



- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and digital advertising.
- Proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro).
- Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, LinkedIn marketing, and engagement strategies.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with leadership.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Comfortable networking and representing the firm at community events.
