**About the Role**

The Company is seeking a Head of Marketing to spearhead the development and execution of its global marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and leading the marketing function, with a focus on brand strategy, content operations, paid acquisition, PR, and conversion optimization. This is a hands-on position that demands a builder mentality, with an emphasis on creating systems, scaling growth, and leveraging AI to deliver measurable business results.

Applicants for the Head of Marketing position at the company should have a minimum of 10 years' of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3-5 years' in a high-growth digital business. The role requires deep expertise in SEO, AI search, content strategy, and organic growth, as well as strong paid media and digital acquisition experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building and scaling marketing functions, be adept at implementing AI-enabled content operations, and possess exceptional skills in marketing analytics, attribution, and performance reporting. Experience in trust-based professional services, such as financial services, fintech, legal, or insurance, is preferred, and a background in SaaS or subscription-based business is also a plus.
