**Head of Content**

Wine Adore is building a new way people discover and experience wine through curated experiences, strong storytelling, and a growing digital ecosystem.

We are looking for a Head of Content to lead and scale our content engine, driving engagement, consistency, and real business results across platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Own and drive content strategy across Instagram and TikTok
- Plan and execute structured weekly content shoots
- Build and manage a consistent content pipeline and calendar
- Collaborate with videographers, editors, and internal teams
- Ensure daily content output across relevant platforms
- Oversee captions and messaging to drive engagement and conversion
- Track performance and continuously optimize content strategy
- Improve content quality, speed, and overall output

**Requirements**

- Experience in content creation, social media, or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of short-form video (Reels, TikTok)
- Proven ability to manage or grow content accounts
- Strong storytelling and content sense
- Hands-on, execution-focused, and highly organized
- Able to work in a fast-paced and results-driven environment
- Portfolio of content created or managed is required
- Experience in lifestyle, F&B, or hospitality is a plus
- Understanding of performance marketing or ads is an advantage
- Experience working with creators or production teams is a plus
